Question 1: What size are the tables?

8 Foot Long Table

Question 2: Will electricity be available if I need it? Is there an extra charge for it?

Yes, BUT you have to let me know upon reserving your booth.

No extra charge.

Question 3: What time can I start setting up? What is the earliest I can arrive?

The venue opens at 8am for setup and vendors.

There are carts available for use if you need to roll things in.

Door will be open to Attendees at 9am.

Question 4: Where do I park? Is parking Free?

Parking is Free & you can park anywhere you like.

There’s plenty of parking.

Do I need to bring my own table cloth? Or is it provided?

YES, please bring your own table cloth for the 8’ long tables (not 6’ table cloths).

If you forget one there will be extras on hand, but it may not be the style you’d like.
